TSQ Certis Triple Quadrupole

Thermo Scientific™ TSQ Certis™ Mass Spectrometer is designed for laboratories requiring high sensitivity, reproducibility, and efficient processing of large sample batches. Building on TSQ Altis Plus technology, it incorporates advanced ionization and ion-transfer components to support consistent analytical performance while limiting contamination.

High-speed SRM acquisition and short transition dwell times support multi-compound quantitative methods and narrow UHPLC peaks. Quadrupole settings down to 0.2 Da FWHM provide additional selectivity in the presence of interfering compounds.

The optimized ion path includes an electrodynamic ion funnel, a Q00 ion guide with mass-filtering capability, and a Q0 active ion beam guide with a neutral blocker. These components promote efficient ion transmission while reducing contamination of the analytical region. QR5 Plus segmented quadrupole mass filters and the ARC™ II collision cell complete the architecture for rapid, sensitive quantitation.

The OptaMax Plus ion source supports HESI and APCI, with vaporizer temperatures up to 650°C. Adjustable sprayer positioning facilitates ionization optimization for the application.

An early warning system provides calibration-time and run-time notifications to support maintenance planning. Chromeleon™ CDS and TraceFinder™ software provide instrument control, data processing, and reporting capabilities, while built-in application templates in the instrument software simplify method setup.

Combined with Vanquish™ UHPLC systems, appropriate sample preparation, and application-specific columns, TSQ Certis supports integrated solutions for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical analysis, clinical research, toxicology, food safety testing, and environmental analysis.
